What is a Concierge Manager?

A Concierge Manager is responsible for assisting with any event related inquiries and securing the appropriate service or resource.

You are still in full control of your event, but have access to TJ Cloud Nine’s vast experience & knowledge.

How Does it Work?

You will be introduced to your Concierge Manager once your first booking with us is complete. Your Concierge Manager will introduce him or herself and provide you with their direct phone number and email address for ease of communication. You can contact them directly with all of your event related questions.
